How to Place an Order:

1. Select item / customization on product page.

2. Click Place Order — pay 50% advance to confirm.

3. We begin production after advance is received.

Balance Payment & Delivery:

You will be notified when your order is ready. Balance 50% is payable prior to dispatch or on delivery (as agreed).

Typical production & delivery time: 25–30 days. Complex/custom orders may require additional time — we will inform you.

Delivery & Installation:

Delivery is by our partnered carriers or in-house team. Installation (if included) will be scheduled at delivery.

Customer must inspect goods at time of delivery and sign the delivery note.

Complaint & Resolution:

Report any defect within 10 working days of delivery.

Our quality team will inspect and offer repair, replacement, or refund as per warranty.

Order Changes:

Minor changes before production starts may be allowed. Major changes after production begins may incur charges or be treated as cancellation.
