Production Standards:
Each item undergoes multi-stage inspection: pre-assembly, post-assembly, and pre-dispatch quality checks.
Joints, finishes, stability and upholstery checks are performed to ensure standards.
Finishing & Care:
We use protective finishes that resist everyday wear. Care instructions are provided with every product to maximize life.
Warranty & Aftercare:
Minor finishing defects reported within 10 working days are eligible for free correction.
For major structural issues within warranty period, we repair/replace as per the product’s warranty terms.
