Term & conditions
1. Order Confirmation & Payment
All orders are confirmed only after 50% advance payment.
Remaining 50% is payable when the order is ready / before delivery.
2. Pricing & Taxes
Prices shown are exclusive of delivery charges unless stated. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
3. Lead Time & Delivery
Standard production & delivery: 25–30 days (may vary by product/ customizations).
Delivery charges and timelines will be displayed at checkout.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
If customer cancels after order confirmation, 30% deduction of total order amount will be applied to cover material & processing costs.
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed after deductions within the timeframe communicated at refund time.
5. Warranty & Defects
We guarantee workmanship. Complaints for visible defects must be raised within 10 working days after delivery.
Warranty terms vary by product — check product page for specifics.
6. Returns & Replacement
Custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect. Replacement or repair will be considered per warranty policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All images, descriptions and designs on this site are property of Wood Wing. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Wood Wing is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or delay caused by third-party carriers beyond our control.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be subject to Lahore jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed.
